Pearly Gates

I awoke from a sound sleep one morning about 2 AM. with this song in my head.
It took only a short time to write and after reading it back I realized the song told the
story of how my mother must have felt at my father’s funeral service. It’s a testament to the fact that even though the death of a loved one seems final, we as Christians can take comfort in the faith
that we will all meet again in heaven when our life here is over. – Scott
