TROUBLES
Oh you tell me that you’re unhappy and you tell me that you’re blue. And all the bad luck in the world seems to happen just to you. And you’re life is not worth living; so let me tell you how I feel. When you consider the alternative Life is a pretty good deal.
Think about Moses in the bulrush. Just-a-laying in a homemade boat. His mama wrapped his back in an old rough sack and prayed that the boat would float.
Then along came Pharaoh’s daughter and fell in love with the little child. She said, I’ll take him to the palace feed him real good and raise him like he was mine.
If your life is not worth living, let me tell you how I feel.
If you consider the alternative, life is a pretty good deal.
Now think about Joseph’s brothers. They threw him in a big old hole. Then along came a gang of traders and bought him body and soul. They took him down to Egypt where he was sold again. But: before it was over he was the second in command to the power of that land
If your life is not worth living, let me tell you how I feel.
If you consider the alternative, life is a pretty good deal.
Now think about the Great Lord Jesus, Who lived a perfect life. He walked about the shores of Galilee restoring limb and life. They carried him to the courtroom and found him guilty of being the king. Then they took him to the hill of old Golgotha where they nailed him to a tree
If your life is not worth living, let me tell you how I feel.
If you consider the alternative, life is a pretty good deal.
“Be not weary in well doing” That’s’ what the good book says. Cause you’ll reap in due season if you faint not away just cast your bread on the water, it will come back one of these days. Cause The Lord’s coming back like a thief in the night just to take his church away.
If your life is not worth living, let me tell you how I feel.
If you consider the alternative, life is a pretty good deal.
