SANTA'S A BAYMAN LIKE US (Shanneyganock)

In Newfoundland & Labrador many people lived in small isolated communities in bays scattered around the island, as was Wince's case. They were referred to as Baymen.This is a song about a little boy who was afraid Santa would miss their small community and go on to the bigger centres. His dad tries to reassure him that Santa was a Bayman himself
and certainly would not miss them.
