Brandon Rickman flies solo on “Young Man, Old Soul
Another standout bluegrass track is a Carter Stanley tune, “Let Me Walk Lord” with Brandon on guitar and lead vocals joined by fellow band mate, Andy Ball on mandolin and harmony vocals. “Here Comes That Feeling Again,” co-written by Craig Market and Brandon Rickman, includes musicians: Jenee’ Fleenor (fiddle), Aaron McDaris (banjo) and Shelby Kennedy (harmony vocals.) Brandon is known for his sense of humor, especially on stage touring with the Lonesome River Band, so fans are sure to appreciate “I Bought Her a Dog” with Aaron McDaris (banjo) and Tammy Rogers (mandolin and harmony vocals.)
The Lonesome River Band is celebrating their second consecutive month at #1 on Bluegrass Unlimited Magazine’s Top 15 Album Chart with their Rural Rhythm’s CD “NO TURNING BACK.” The single, “Them Blues” also hit #1 this month the magazine’s Top 30 Singles Chart, with yet another song, “Like A Train Needs a Track” continuing to climb as well.
