Lady J Huston's Vocal arrangement and Trumpet solo updates this well-known Christmas carol. She delivers from the guts of her Gospel roots inter-mixed with her love of the Blues, Soul & Jazz. Lady J was also classically trained on the Trumpet and studied Opera in college. She included these styles as well, inspired by the lush symphonic orchestration that accompanies her. The arrangement was originally made famous by singer, Collin Raye. Lady J has a special affinity for singing Christmas carols. She’s organized choirs, performed as a soloist, and as a young girl caroled through the streets and hospitals. O Holy Night is one of her all-time favorites which reflects on the birth of Jesus as humanity's redemption.
