Doesn't Anybody Say Merry Christmas Anymore
DOESN'T ANYBODY SAY MERRY CHRISTMAS ANYMORE

Doesn’t anybody say Merry Christmas anymore
Doesn’t anybody care what Christmas is really for
A time to remember that special gift from Heaven
A time to be thankful for all that was given
Doesn’t anybody say Merry Christmas anymore
I go walking in the snow, smile and say hello
To everyone I meet
I see all the coloured lights, blinking blue and green and white
On the houses and the trees
There’s Frosty in a hat, and Santa with his sleigh
A sign lit up on the outside wall
Says Happy Holiday
Doesn’t anybody say Merry Christmas anymore
The children lie awake, they all anticipate
The gifts they will receive
But the greatest gift of all, is the one sent from above
Sent for you and me
The cards in the mail, say Seasons Greetings
But the spirit of the season, has much more meaning
Doesn’t anybody say Merry Christmas anymore
Doesn’t anybody say Merry Christmas anymore
Doesn’t anybody care what Christmas is really for
A time to remember that special gift from Heaven
A time to be thankful for all that was given
Doesn’t anybody say Merry Christmas anymore
Doesn’t anybody say Merry Christmas anymore
Doesn’t anybody care what Christmas is really for
A time to remember that special gift from Heaven
A time to be thankful for all that was given
Doesn’t anybody say Merry Christmas anymore
