A warm and polished, highly enjoyable album of beautifully played contemporary Bluegrass by a band of veterans. Mike Auldridge, after a most impressive run as master dobro player with the Seldom Scene and Chesapeake, brings a smooth and tasteful quality to all of the material here. Jimmy Gaudreau, veteran of the Country Gentlemen and the Tony Rice Unit, among other groups, lends a distinct and mature flavor both vocally and instrumentally to the overall sound. Both of these artists work well with the younger, stellar guitarist/vocalist, Richard Bennett, a veteran of J.D. Crowe and The New South, who has played professionally since his teens. Joe Sharp rounds out the sound on bass.
