Biography
Alvarado- a distinctive modern country band combines their own brand of "today's country" with the singing Telecaster sound from Bakersfield; popularized by Buck Owens and Merle Haggard. Throw in a bit of the traditional feel from artists such as Ray Price, Faron Young, even a little Tex-Mex, and you have a unique blend that audiences are craving.
Alvarado has teamed with long time friend and Grammy winning producer Dusty Wakeman to produce their new record “After the Smoke Clears”.
Their image rivals legendary icons like Willie, Waylon, and Paycheck. Their unique sound and intense stage presence puts them in a league of their own. Alvarado has the songs and the sound to capture today's radio audience and a live presence that can't be matched. Each member brings a unique musical perspective to the band, drawing inspiration from their small town upbringings, the hills of New Mexico, the flat land of Oklahoma, the bayou in Mississippi, and the farm lands of southern Maryland. Alvarado is a group of extraordinary artists who have faith in their music and their band. Listen. You'll understand why.
