AND ANOTHER THING Before promoting Triple A radio or running Permanent Press Records in the ’90s, Ray Paul was a recording artist. From his 2000 compilation CD The Charles Beat, Paul released an FMQB Top-50 Hot A/C single that featured his friend Emitt Rhodes. For “’Til The Day After,” Paul sings and plays every instrument but drums; he’s also in the new Rhodes documentary film, The One Man Beatles.<br />
