AND ANOTHER THING Even before their debut in 1990, each of the Texas Tornados (Doug Sahm, Augie Meyers, Flaco Jiménez and Freddy Fender) had enjoyed a successful career. The late Sahm’s son Shawn has united with Meyers, Jiménez and the rest of the original players for a new CD, ¡Está Bueno! “My Sugar Blue” was written and sung by Meyers, who recently received a successful kidney transplant.<br />
