AND ANOTHER THING The PondHawks formed in 2007 by songwriters and multi-instrumentalists Mario Novelli and Jorie Gracen, who were in a previous band together; they’re joined by Roger Burden (who had also played with Novelli in the past), Michael Gillespie, Gary Diamond and John Rivera on The PondHawks Have Landed, their debut album. “Fire Eyes,” the first PondHawks emphasis track, was written by Novelli for his and Gracen’s previous band, and updated by The PondHawks; this is the song’s first national release.<br />
