MAVERICK BLUES AND SOUL ARTIST AL "COFFEE" MCDANIEL RELEASES NEW INDEPENENT ALBUM

TAMPA, FL - June 1, 2006 - CPA Records announced today the release of the latest album by featured recording artist Al "Coffee" McDaniel, "A Shoe Is A Shoe." This double disc will be available nationwide on June 16 and consists of 17 enticing tracks, with songs ranging from blues to R&B to jazz.
The first disc of "A Shoe Is A Shoe" introduces McDaniel's up-tempo blues stylings, while the second disc highlights his slower, more romantic, soul and smooth jazz. The variety of styles on this release makes it a complete and enjoyable musical experience. He masters various genres of music in a unique and tasteful style that identifies him as a refreshing artist.
McDaniel's eclectic styles are reminiscent of Barry White, Marvin Gaye, and Frank Sinatra. He effectively mixes R&B, Blues, Neo-Soul and Jazz melodies with cool modern urban beats. His smooth and rich baritone voice is a driving force behind the emotions, passions, and energy that he expresses. His soulful guitar riffs display his musicality and his uniqueness as a seasoned musician. He has also toured extensively abroad with performances in Europe, South East Asia, and The Pacific Islands while serving in the United States Air Force.
