Biography

ACHIM is a man that is passionate about his art form, a man that pores over his work, but is driven by forces both intellectual and spiritual to create works of art, a man that has a boundless depth of imagination, and a knack for communicating those depths in the sounds that he creates, a man of great talent who enjoys music, and who enjoys expressing his thoughts and feelings through the medium of song. Just listen for a little bit, and youll hear what he has to say loud and clear!

ACHIM worked as a hired live and studio musician in the late 80's and during the 90's. ACHIM toured all over Europe and Asia, including video shootings, TV shows, Radio promotion tours, as well as cruise ship tours supporting various artists and bands. His Discography ranges from Harum Scarum, JJ Banzai, Sanvoisen, Backbone Slide, as well as Ünlü with their famous No1 hits Estarabim, Rüya and Kafam Durdu in Turkey. He also used to be the drummer of Luxembourgs most famous band Challengers.


ACHIM is both, a Writer and Publisher Member of ASCAP. He is the owner of the SORBIERS-STUDIOS in Soleuvre Luxembourg. His main markets are currently Turkey, Canada and Australia.
ACHIM's debut album release "achimsong" (SMA 2005) is an outstanding blend of World and R&B music of an awesome musician. ACHIM's single release "Funky Friend" already charted at several OMD's within weeks. His dedicated Radio edit is now massively pushed by internet Radios in Turkey, USA and Australia.


ACHIM's new single release "feels like home" is now available. "Feels like home" got the best slots at Canadian Satellite Radio. Europe's best musician fellows will join him again at his SORBIERS-STUDIOS to have fun, in order to provide their best recording performances. Watch out for ACHIM's new album "achimusic" to be released in 2006.
