Biography
5th Ward Weebie is a Prolific New Orleans Rapper, Actor and Record Producer. Referred to by fans as The King of Bounce, Weebie has made the New Orleans genre of music and dance internationally famous.

Weebie is known for his energetic stage presence, and his creative, lyrical, unique style of bounce. He has released hits such as 5th Ward Weebie, Loving You, Show Dat Work Featuring: Kane & Abel and Mystikal – The list goes on. However, Weebie is primarily known for taking his New Orleans bounce sound nation-wide when he wrote and featured on the hit songs, “Ooohhh Wee” and ”Rock It” for Master P’s Album, “Gameface” and “Tight Whips” on 504 Boys Album, which were both released by Universal Records. He also wrote the hit song, “Bend It Ova” which features Grammy-Award-Winning artist Lil Wayne. The New Orleans native has also been known for other hit songs like “F$%! Katrina” and “I Really Want You” – both of which were featured in HBO Emmy-Nominated New Orleans Series “TREME”.

Currently 5th Ward Weebie has struck another hit entitled, “Let Me Find Out” which is currently in heavy radio rotation throughout the Louisiana region and is spreading quickly throughout other major cities. “Let Me Find Out” on pace to be one of the hottest songs on the charts in 2014. “Let Me Find Out” will be one of the many tracks featured on Weebie’s 5th solo album, which is set for release in 2015.
