27 year old Scottish, singer songwriter, fiddler
Laura comes from a strong background of roots music,and has been composing and writing since the age of 13.
in traditional celtic, classical and americana.
Since graduating in classical violin at the Royal Academy in the UK, Laura has worked with some of the worlds most respected roots artists, Pete Seeger, Odetta, Shane MacGowan(The Pogues),Ian Hunter, as well as enjoying chart success in UK with Tribute To Jinky UK indie chart #2 , and guesting on Shane Mcgowans #6 UK hit "Road To Paradise "
Laura has recently been touring the USA, appearing recently at Country Music Hall Of Fame with Cash Family, Jim Lauderdale,Jack Clement, Buddy Spicher.her new album " Celticana now on release worldwide on the April 5th 2010
