Biography
The music on this CD has been out of production for many, many years, originally recorded as singles for Mercury Records in 1974-1978. With the help of XM Radio shows like Willie’s Place and Bill Mack’s – Open Road, this music is being rediscovered by a new audience of classic country music fans, along with those who never stopped loving the great classic music of stars who paved the way for the stars of today. The Jo-El Sonnier, George Jones, Merle Haggard and Willie Nelsons of the past are still around today…in fact,They Are Here To Stay.
