Biography
Melly Frances & the Distilled Spirits are a San Diego, CA based band featuring lead singer & songwriter Ms. Melly Frances. Melly has a vocal background in Jazz, Blues, Rock, and Country. The 26 year old vocalist has been performing through southern California for the past few years singing Jazz standards as well as lead and back-up vocals for a variety of local cover bands.

The Distilled Spirits were formed in support of Melly’s vision to create a cross-genre amalgamation of Soul, Rock, Blues, and Country. The band features a go-to list of San Diego musicians: harmonica virtuoso Murf McCree; guitarist/songwriter/singer/producer of the Riders Tom Cusimano; electric/upright bassist/mandolin player (Matt) Bruno; and drummer Matt Miller.
