Biography
Joey's Song Volume 1 feature rare and unreleased music from Del Amitri, Neko Case, Tracy Bonham, Crash Test Dummies, A.A. Bondy, Cowboy Junkies, Thea Gilmore, Ed Harcourt and many more. Most of the tracks are only available on Joey's Song. Del Amitri have donated the power-pop gem If Your Tears Don't Make A Sound (never before released!), Crash Test Dummies provide an irreverent live version of the chart topping Mmmm, Mmmm, Mmmm and Robbie Fulks provides a stirring cover of Dylan's I Believe In You. But it is perhaps Thea Gilmore's The Difference that is the emotional anchor to this fantastic collection.
