Biography
The Fabrockators are what might best be described as an eclectic and opulent original hard rock band based in Southern Maryland. Consisting of two very well known musicians from the region, the band is gaining momentum on a daily basis. The duo formed in 2009 by guitarist/vocalist Craig Pavone and drummer John Wilding met while performing in cover bands around the Maryland and D.C. area. After repeated talks on the merits or lack there-of on playing cover music, the two decided that it was not for them any longer. Hence the original hard rock music of The Fabrockators was born.

Since that time, this amazingly coherent duo has written numerous hard rock songs with a classic rock feel, creating their very own style in their own suburban Maryland studio. The two also produce and engineer all of the music themselves. Once that initial process is completed, the tracks are sent off to Hit & Run Recording in Rockville Maryland where the genius of mixing and mastering engineer Steve Carr takes over, further accelerating the songs to masterpiece status.

With a style unlike any other, the years of playing with assorted cover bands on the nightclub circuit have helped to develop the creative feel the Fabrockators put forth in their recordings. “The average song generally runs around three weeks in development from the time the lyrics are written until the final tracks have been laid down”, states guitarist/vocalist Craig Pavone. The entire process is just so much fun”. “It’s our combined mission for this band to create songs that bring back the real distinctive hard driving, hard rock sound, that is painfully missing from radio today. Striving to make sure every song has that fat bottom and the hard drive that is necessary for great rock music is what we’re all about”, states Pavone.

So how did this unique and creative rock band get their name The Fabrockators?
Craig Pavone replies, “The idea came about because John was constantly fabricating custom parts for different Hot Rods in his garage. On many occasions, John and I would go right from the garage fabricating cars to the studio “fabrockating" songs. One day Craig mentioned that The Fabrockators might be a great name for the band. And so it was – The Fabrockators was born”.

On August 1st of this year, this dynamic duo of hard rock released their debut full length CD “Party You Give” which contains classic music that will knock your socks off. The record is already gaining major momentum and with the engagement of Ken Cavalier of Allure Media Entertainment Group, Inc. handing some promotion and PR, the hope is for more market exposure. And as of the end of September of this year the band already has four new songs completed for their next album that is earmarked for release in the Spring of 2011. “Every session seems to get better and better”, states Craig Pavone. Fans can expect many great songs coming from this tenacious rock act in the future.
