RBR ENTERTAINMENT RELEASES NEW BILLY DROZE SINGLE “IT’S OK TO BE OK”

RBR Entertainment in pleased to announce the release of the new Billy Droze single “It’s OK to be OK”.

“The inspiration for ‘It’s OK to be OK’ came from a personal understanding of being able to relax and feel good in your own skin when walking through valleys on your way back up the mountain,” says Billy Droze. “I wrote this tune with my favorite co-writer Chris Myers on the front porch of my studio. It fell out in about an hour like most of the good ones do. I believe this is a great message for the world to hear.”

“It’s OK to be OK” is the third single from Billy’s upcoming album which is due Spring, 2023.

Appearing on the track is Billy Droze on vocals, Seth Taylor on guitar, Josh Swift on Dobro and background vocals, Greg Martin on bass, Tim Crouch on fiddle / mandolin and Ronnie Stewart on banjo.

“I love writing songs with Billy. We just have this chemistry that, when we are talking, we talk in songs,” says co-writer Chris Myers. “Sometimes it becomes a competition to see who says ‘We should write that!‘ first. This particular song came within the first 2 minutes of one of our writing sessions when we determined it’s ok to be ok and suddenly, a song was born.”

At only 35 years of age Droze has charted thirteen #1 singles in bluegrass and has been touring and making music non-stop for more than a decade. Billy has a unique perspective on life and pens lyrics that dig deep and combines them with a guitar style that features his traditional roots with a modern twist that’s all his own.

Currently, Billy is putting the finishing touches on a new, 12 song CD, tentatively titled “Billy The Kid” and is scheduled to be released Spring 2023. The CD has some very special guests including Country Music Icon John Anderson on the track “Chicken Truck”. Another Country music icon, Billy Dean, contributed to the bluegrass version of Dean’s hit song “Billy the Kid”.

In recent business news, Billy is excited to announce that he has signed a new management deal with The Hollar Entertainment.

“I’m really excited about the addition of Donna Roberts and The Hollar to the team. Donna’s dedication and drive are a perfect fit with the overall plan for success,” says Billy Droze. “God has blessed me with an awesome team and I’m looking forward to seeing what He has in mind for the future.”
