“When Ben sent me his demo for ‘Teardrops In Tennessee’, my immediate thought was ‘This is 90’s bluegrass on steroids’. It reminded me of a song that I would have loved to have heard my bluegrass heroes sing,” says Josh Swift. “So, my goal as producer was to try and capture that same 90’s feel, with added modern recording techniques. I could not be more pleased with the outcome. The guys absolutely played/sang their tails off!!!”

Ben just recently joined the RBR Entertainment family and is excited to announce the release of his first single, “Teardrops in Tennessee”. You can catch Ben on tour now performing with award-wining duo, Dailey & Vincent. “I love being in this band. So much diversity in their music, it’s lots of fun to play,” says James. “Getting to play the Opry is a real honor.”

You may also know Ben from his days with Doyle Lawson. Ben played with Doyle for two fun-filled years and says that they were some of the best years of his life. “I love being on the road and having a chance to see old friends and meet new fans. That’s the best part of being an artist, all of the wonderful people you get to hang out with.”
