companies and individuals who are always learning and then consistently improving the music industry, and that’s what AirPlay Direct is doing."

Barnacastle further states, "With Robert’s knowledge of the music industry, combined with Lynda’s true desire to teach and educate music professionals at all levels, they are actively moving the industry towards the future. They both continue to challenge everyone they meet to be better, to be active and to truly go after what they want.

Lynda Weingartz, CEO - AirPlay Direct says, “The Bluegrass Standard is a fine publication and we are truly honored that they have chosen Robert for their ‘Feature Interview’ this month. AirPlay Direct celebrated our 14 year anniversary in March of this year. As a company, I am very proud of our professional accomplishments and contributions to the global music community over the years.”

About Keith Barnacastle & The Bluegrass Standard: Keith Barnacastle was raised on southern gospel and old style country music that featured traditional instruments and sounds. It always made The Bluegrass Standard Founder and Publisher feel excitement within the music itself. "Listening to Cajun music in college was always a feel good feeling that kept me wanting more of the traditional bluegrass sound."

When it came to founding The Bluegrass Standard, Keith wanted readers to feel like they were standing with the band as they performed, or sitting beside the Standard's interviewers while they recorded the stories of artists, musicians, and bluegrass industry movers and shakers. And, he wanted everyone to always feel at home, because there are no strangers in The Bluegrass Standard world. You see, Keith Barnacastle never meets a stranger. He believes that we are

all the same people who enjoy interaction with one another, regardless of our economic, cultural or social status. "I get that from my parents. Not everyone is going to like you, but if you smile and shake their hand, you can make their day better.", and that's the key that opens every door. "I try to do that every day in my life. Most importantly, I try listen to what people say. "And that is what The Bluegrass Standard is all about...listening and sharing those important stories of the bluegrass world.”

The Bluegrass Standard may not change the entire music industry , but it will surely affect it by bringing Bluegrass, Americana, Folk, and New Grass sounds to its many readers and supporters. Thanks to them, everyone around the world will know that the bluegrass tradition is alive and that new bluegrass sounds are thriving.
