Biography
Return To Crossroads Label Group
With loads of enthusiasm and ministry experience, the Old Paths Quartet materialized out of Atlanta, Georgia to become one of the most influential, trend setting Christian groups in Southern Gospel.
Their signature sound--Jeremy Peace's rare, polished high tenor, Tim Rackley's commanding "out front" lead, Doug Roark's smooth soothing baritone, and Daniel Ashmore's rock bottom solid bass--has become the blueprint for many groups to follow and has proven to be an ideal antidote for the increasingly blasé Gospel music currently being performed.
Upon signing with Crossroads Music’s Sonlite Records, The Old Paths Quartet wasted little time in perfecting their craft. They immediately released "Right Now”, a rapid paced project featuring exquisite vocals and propulsive, non-linear Christian songs with powerful messages. Though their previous project, "Wonderful Life" introduced such charting songs like the ever popular "The I of the Storm"; the "Right Now" project would be the album to define and propel The Old Paths Quartet to greater prominence, garnering two number 1 songs, “Battlestand” and “God’s Great” in a record breaking 6 months span.
With several projects behind them, a successful international voyage, many fan award nominations, (currently nominated for the Top 5 New Traditional Quartet of the Year) performances at many of Gospel music’s largest events, and some of the most prestigious churches in the U.S, The Old Paths Quartet are winning the hearts of the people to Christ, one soul at a time.
