She and Dirk recorded this in one take. Kristin found a primitive pulse in bare feet and hands on denim, and then Abby sprinkled a little banjo fairy dust on top. Abby’s banjo:Adeac, Dirk plays a fretless woodhead banjo made by his cousin Alfred. The tuning has mostly A’s an E’s in it.
