This album combines tracks from the Nashville Bluegrass Band’s first two Rounder albums from the mid-1980s, My Native Home and Idle Time, both produced by Béla Fleck. Core band members Mike Compton (mandolin and vocals), Stuart Duncan (fiddle, guitar and vocals) Pat Enright (guitar and lead vocals), Alan O’Bryant (banjo and vocals) have been a durable institution, with the harmony vocal duo of Compton and Enright standing out as one of the strongest in bluegrass. As The Soggy Mountain Boys, they were featured in the film O Brother Where Art Thou.
