Biography

Sleeping With Satellites are a Weston-Super-Mare based band who began in 2008, although, the current lineup have only been playing together for 6 months. Sleeping With Satellites are: James Wiggans (Lead vox, Guitar), Jo Barwell (Synths, backing vox), Rob Evans (Guitar), Jason Day (Bass, backing vox) and Rob Whelan (drums).

Each of the Five members of Sleeping With Satellites bring different musical influences to the band including Rock, Metal, Alternative, Progressive and Electro, giving the band an original and diverse sound which cannot be placed in one genre.

Sleeping With Satellites have recently recorded an EP including the tracks 'Connections', 'Embers', 'Shed the light' and 'Wide awake' which will be released later in 2010.

The Band's main strength is seen on stage with a high standard of tight, well rehearsed live performance, stage presence and energy which even surpasses their recordings!
