Biography

Taking their name from Janice Joplin’s last album Pearl, the band has a unique connection between lead vocalist Heidi and drummer Sonny as both of their fathers are well know musicians, Heidi's father is Denny Laine from the Moody Blues and Wings (with Paul McCartney) and Sonny's is Hughie Flint who played with Mcguiness Flint and J. Mayalls Blues Breakers not to mention Jimmy Hendrix to name but a few. Since they formed in 2009 Pearl have made large inroads on the London music scene and have been featured in a number of London newspapers and radio stations too.
