Biography

Brandon Terry and Titus Lanier known as Nu Phellas came together in 1998. They both started rapping at an early age.

Titus Lanier said that he was nine years old when his brother let his listen on LL Cool J, Fat Boys, ETC. From that day on he developed a passion for that type music and wanted to learn to rap. I practiced writing and by the age of 10, I started writing my own rap song. I wrote songs about drug free, education and a lot of positive words. My two brothers and I were asked to perform at different events. The three of us formed a group called Gangsta Players.

Brandon Terry born under the Zodiac sign Virgo always loved music. I started writing my own lyrics at the age of 12. I entered the studio at the same age. Throughout the years, I entered rap contest and talent shows. On some occasions winning 1st place. Lanier and Terry after meeting, began busting lyrics back and forth finding that their chemistry was right. Therefore grew Nu Phellas. They have been unstoppable ever since.
