Born July 13th 1964 in Montreal, Bob Goguen was raised in a country music environment thanks to his family of New-Brunswick origin. Guitarist, violinist, singers, all were ready to put on a show when a party presented itself.

At the tender age of seven years old, largely influence by is father a guitarist for over 60 years, he chose the drums as his favourite instrument. He was thinking; “Well someone has to back up my father.” At 13 years old he got interested in mobile disco and was hired by a company as a DJ and Master of ceremony. He hosted all kind of events in and around Montreal.

When he reached 18 years old, he was hired as a DJ and M.C. in several well-known discotheques across Quebec. Sometimes he even got to represent local radio stations. At 20 years old, he was approached by C.F.L.V., a local radio station that offered him a job as head DJ and his own radio show. His show was on every weekend where he counted down the best 50 hits of the week. Highly respected and loved by his listeners and colleagues, Bob Goguen stayed two years at the helm of his radio show.

At 22 years old, he met two great musicians and they created their own top 40 musical trio. Hired to play in Bars and special events, they’re quickly offered a job on a major Montreal French radio station, C.K.M.F., as the in-house band on a live radio show with a live audience.

Three years later, he and his band decided to break up and move on their separate ways. Bob Goguen, always singing as a solo act, decided to manage and produce different kind of shows. Since then, promoters’, other producers’ and corporate clients have been relying on Image-I-Son Entertainment, his company, for their events for the last years.

Now Bob Goguen is going back to his roots, Country Music. His new release entitled "ANYTHING GOES" captures Bob's raw talent as a music and lyric composer. One listen of this album and you will know why “BOB GOGUEN" a name to remember!!!”
