Biography

David Parmley and Scott Vestal enlisted an impressive group of talent for Continental Divide, including multi-instrumentalist and high tenor vocalist Jimmy Bowen of Country Gentlemen fame; bassist Mike Anglin, whose credits include playing with Gary Brewer, Dave Evans, Charlie Sizemore and Larry Stephenson; and fiddler Gail Rudsill, who began playing at age five and is a veteran of bands Wild & Blue and Petticoat Junction. The tight vocal harmonies of David, Scott and Jimmy give the group it’s distinct, trademark sound. The album includes the #1 charting hit “Wing and a Prayer” and the group received “Emerging Artist of the Year”
