Biography

Co-founded by Tom Henderson and David McMillan, the band was, with the exception of Tom, made up of youngsters barely into their teens. Over the years the band matured into an adult band with a high level of ability to compete with the best of touring bands. On this, their Pinecastle debut, the musical skills of the group and the song writing talents of current and former members of the band are highlighted. Six of the 15 tunes are penned by the band. For the balance of the album, the band takes a traditional approach to a number of well known, and not so well known, bluegrass and early country classics.
