Everything You Do is the New Coon Creek Girls’ first all gospel project. The title track was written on the way to Nashville and inspired when Mark Pendergrass misread a church sign they passed on the highway as “The Church of Life.” [It read, in reality, “The Church of Christ.”] This sparked the idea for the words and melody which the girls feel was a timely blessing – “We are all God’s children, in this church of life, don’t be afraid to share with your brother…” Special guest Deanie Richardson joins the girls on fiddle and mandolin.
