Biography
Hyden, is the first in what was meant to be a four part series chronicling the career and influences of the Osborne Brothers. While Nashville is now home to both brothers, the Osbornes are from Hyden, Kentucky, and this volume appropriately pays homage to the place where their love of bluegrass music had its genesis. With Bobby on mandolin, Sonny on banjo and both doing vocals, their band is again rounded out by Terry Eldredge on guitar and vocals, Gene Wooten on Dobro, Terry Smith on bass, and fiddle chores split by Glen Duncan and David Crow.
