Can’t see to shake this feeling
To hard to climb out of bed
All I want to do is cry with out a reason why
Got black cloud over my head
Life is more than I can handle
So the Doctor says I’m ill
It’s gonna take time, I’m gonna be fine
As long as I keep taking this pill
That ain’t no easy fix but I’m sick of this
Feels like somebody else is walking in my shoes
I’m a modern day example
Of What They Used To Call The Blues
Can’t remember how it feels to laugh
Getting harder to fake a smile
I used to sing along when ever I heard a song
Haven’t done that in quite a while
Some days get good enough to think
I might be doing ok
Then everything gets worse, the pills don’t seem to work
Start thinking it’s time to end this game
That ain’t no easy fix but I’m sick of this
Feels like somebody else is walking in my shoes
I’m a modern day example
Of What They Used To Call The Blues
They say I’ll get better but I’m so afraid
I know I’m not crazy but this could drive me insane
There ain’t no easy fix but I’m sick of this
Feels like somebody else is walking in my shoes
I’m a modern day example
