The Texettes love what they do and it shows! Adelaide based Helen Ellis & Terry Bradford, have been sprouting their original style of Roots music to a growing band of eager supporters for around 10 years; sometimes with an extra soul to help fill out the sound.

The Texettes have released 9 albums of original music since 2001 and is gaining recognition locally and internationally. "All Through the Night" released December 2011, has been described as their "best album to date.....a real maturing of the sound" and one reviewer stated that...

"when roots music makes a logical evolutionary step forward, you get something like All Through the Night, great songwriting, imaginative composition.....10 tunes that traverse a cross section of contemporary music styles...radio friendly pop, blues, urban angst and country".

With the imminent release of their new album All Through the Night, Terry and Helen have augmented their performances to become The Texettes Band. The addition of four seasoned musicians who play lead guitar, bass, drums, keyboards and occasional saxophone has synced well and combine to put on stage a snappy, modern Texettes live performance.
