Biography

Canadian Recording Artist Doug Jones had spent many years in the country music business, traveling across Canada playing cover tunes in nightclubs, festivals, stampede parties and corporate functions. He delivers his Concerts with passion and enthusiasm and easily connects with his audiences. He is also a versatile songwriter and writes country ballads and country rock songs, some of his songs are from personal experiences. Artists such as: The Eagles, Bob Seger, Waylon Jennings, Willie Nelson and Toby Keith, have influenced Doug's writing style. Doug is co-writing songs with song writers in Calgary, New York, Chicago, and Nashville and has had many of his songs on the European Country Music Charts and on the Roots True Country Chart.
