Biography
Brock Easterbrook began his entertainment career as an actor/stunt performer appearing on such TV shows as X-Files, Sliders, Outer Limits, The Sentinel, Two, Poltergeist, Stargate, The Commish. He also appeared in many movies including Mr.Magoo, Eddie Keating Story, Broken Trust to name a few. He has doubled and stood in for such actors as Tom Selleck, Jonathan Frakes, and David Hasselhoff.

This first song selection, which has a country rock flavor with a contemporary cross-over feel, is titled “When our idol was the King” and it takes us back to a time when we didn’t need to be told by someone else who was a great singer or made to cast our vote for our favorite after hearing them perform. Specifically it is a song about the King of Rock and Roll, Elvis Presley, but it also could apply to many other singers and performers from the past who came up through the ranks the old fashion way, in other words from the bottom up and not a quick pass to the top. Brock wrote this songs lyrics and the music was co-written by Bob Doidge and Amy King of Grant Avenue Studios in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada.

The second original song on this CD, "Where Do I Belong" has a late '60s "Midnight Cowboy" country feel with a contemporary flavour that will appeal to a broad range of listeners. It asks a common question that most people will ask themselves at some point in their lives and usually when they are at the crossroads that most of us encounter as each decade of life passes.

Brock now is in the process of recording his first album with a selection of easy listening music and rarer cover songs that will be completed in the summer of 2010. We hope you enjoy these first releases of “When our idol was the King” and "Where Do I Belong" available exclusively only as a digital download through itunes or Amazon.com
