Biography
A stellar entertainer, even in early years, her velvet voice was selected for the “Voices of Alexander Youth Choir,” led by Director Bob Morrow. Shortly after, she signed with Talent Unlimited, Music Group the Trend, in Rochester, NY, and continued touring nationally for several years. Under the direction of Bill Longo, as a versatile vocalist, Marge brought to life soulful lyrics embracing Jazz, R&B, Blues, Classic Rock and Country. Accompanied by the Mark Band of Phoenix, AZ, her unique voice and performance ability covers a multitude of Blues and Urban Contemporary songs and sounds, ranging from Ray Charles to Gershwin. As part of a book/CD ensemble, Marģe unveiled her own self-spirited style, and commanded the stage in front of a standing room-only audience in Hollywood, performing the legendary song, “Flying High With Broken Wings.”
