Biography
Kyle Level started his musical career playing bass guitar in Branson, MO at the age of 18. Eventually Kyle’s talent and passion for music forced him to move to Nashville, TN. Soon after his arrival in Music City, he got his first big break. Bret Michaels of “Poison” signed Level to his first publishing deal. He spent the next few years writing for Michaels’ solo albums and working side by side Charlie Sheen scoring movies for Sheen and Michaels’ company, Sheen/Michaels Entertainment. This eventually led to Level working with Joe Lando of Doctor Quinn Medicine Woman. Level says, “Over the years I have been very blessed to have artists record my songs and to make a living doing what I love… Music.”

Kyle’s latest accomplishment, and quite possibly one of his proudest, was when Steve Helms released Kyle’s song, Nowhere But Texas. The song soared to the top of the Texas Country Music Charts, and broke the Top 10. As a native Texan Level says, “The coolest part about this song is that the Texas Rangers play it at all of their home games, and even played it during their 2010 and 2011 World Series appearances. It’s just one of those quirky things that you don’t try to do, and it just happens. One of the many souvenirs I’ve picked up along my musical journey.”

“All I Got For Christmas Was Fat”, Level’s latest release for the 2011 Christmas season, is a rib-tickling comedic song sure to bust a gut or two, if all the holiday food does not do it for you. With this song, fans get a taste of not only his songwriting talent, but Kyle’s comedic value as well. He jokes, “If anything, I hope this song puts a smile on somebody’s face and a chuckle, or cookie in their belly.”
