Earshot Magazine's Shelly Gummeson says "He has a gift for making us believe that he's been down the road and around the block, and is still kickin' it."

Indeed he does...his latest single release "Those Five Days" is an explosive swampy blues...that is capturing radio audiences from Finland to Tasmania, and many countries in between.

John Pippus writes and performs both rough and ready blues, as well as acoustic soul-folk. But there's also the other side of the coin: ballads, pop and new country.

Finger picking, open tunings, harmonica and vocals that are real. John has achieved positive critical acclaim for both his folk songs and blues releases.

In May, John embarked on a blues tour through Holland to build on his international exposure from "Wrapped Up In the Blues". it was so successful, that he is going back to Holland again this year.
