Biography

Formed in El Paso, TX in 2007 and wielding flaming machetes of doomstruction, Hank of the Destruction Moose (H.O.D.M.) offers a refreshing blend of metal, hardcore & thrash. The band's twin guitar assault, thunderous rhythm section and monstrous vocals serve up a brutal mix of progressive/power/thrash, neatly rolled up for mass consumption.


H.O.D.M. have been influenced by the likes of The Faceless, Born of Osiris, Veil of Maya, Pantera, Meshuggah, and Lamb of God. The band's live performance is as wild and brutal as the name Hank of the Destruction Moose suggests. A wicked assault of the senses!


The band recorded a 4 song demo in April of 2008, engineered by Ted Kelley at El Adobe Studios in El Paso. They are also currently embarked on the self-financed Gas, Grass or Ass Tour 2008.
