Biography

Christine is undoubtedbly one of Australia’s most talented singer/songwriters. Since her first single “This Is My Task”, at the tender age of 16, Christine has proved to audiences, both here, and overseas, that she is not just a pretty face. Starting ballet classes at 4 & singing in clubs when she was 15, Christine has performed in most States & appeared on most locally-produced television variety shows. She has starred in several musicals, including the $100,000 production of South Pacific, & at 26 was the Australian Navy’s official pin-up.

Christine has been on three overseas tours – one of England, two of Asia. In England she sang at Bailey’s in Watford (one of Princess Margaret’s favourite night clubs) before audiences of 2500 a night for three weeks. She also met Morcambe & Wise in London and was asked to go on their show, but unfortunately, she couldn’t wait for the taping.

A member of the “Royal Academy Of Dancing” and the “London Trinity College Of Music”, Christine is qualified to teach in both.
