(Long version) Miracle Mule is an alternative country supergroup from San Francisco's North Bay, with serious local powerhouse talent. Members have played or toured with national headliners, including John Hiatt, Hank Ballard & the Midnighters.

Miracle Mule songs are a mix of old and new, familiar and obscure, originals and covers. All songs have a special and unique sound they like to call "Swampy Tonk." As the name suggests, it includes a hoof-stomping, rock-solid honky tonk rhythm section seasoned with a hearty dose of Louisiana hot sauce -- including accordion, rub board and pedal steel guitar -- plus a dash of western swing. Lead vocals in the band are handled by three talented veteran performers, Geoff Mack, Sandy Gellar and Dick Bay, with heavy emphasis on harmonies and fun vocal interplay.

Miracle Mule, formed in 2009, has a large and established following and regularly plays large events, festivals and club engagements, including The Sweetwater Music Hall, Rancho Nicasio, HopMonk Novato, The Napa Earth Day Festival, Isleton Cajun Festival and Novato festival of Art, Wine & Music, among others. The Mules' energetic live performances have been known to cause fits of dancing and spontaneous bursts of uncontrolled merriment.

Miracle Mule’s first CD, Nice A**, was released in 2012.

The second CD, Swampy Tonkin’, released in July 2015, is 13 all-original songs about drinking & gambling, solid advice on successful personal relationships, household laundry tips and even a gospel song of sorts. The Mules never take themselves too seriously, but the album features some seriously outstanding song-writing, clever lyrics, rich vocal harmonies and smoking solos.
