Biography
The winds of change are blowing from Latitude 60º. The band that hails from Helsinki, Finland is ready to take it’s home country and the rest of the world by storm. The storm begins NOW! L-60º is one of those “strange” bands, in that it is better known outside of Finland rather than within. The band creates melodic rock filled with pop hooks and lyrics that play an important role.

The new single, “99” is not an exception. The song speaks of one of modern society’s major problems, loneliness….The fans of HIM and The Rasmus agree that L-60º will be the next big thing hailing from this small northern country.

The song and accompanying album, “Feel Nothing” were mixed by Sweden’s Henrik Edenhed and Ollie Olson, the guys behind the sound of Lambretta, The Sounds, and Christian Walz to name a few. “99” is already getting US airplay and is working it’s way through the stations in Europe.

L-60º appears at numerous European festivals and events such as: The Power of Love Festival June 8th 2007 in Cologne, Germany, the Nottingham Live Music Festival July 15th 2007 in Nottingham, UK, and the MN Festival in Turku, Finland November 16th 2007. Currently booking 2008 appearances.

“Feel Nothing” was released in Finland October 25th 2006 and the boys will be heading into the studio early 2008 for the next album through Irish Rose Music.
