Reynard Thomas Singer, Songwriter, Composer, Producer, Arranger, Promoter, Director and Entrepreneur.
Reynard Founder of Prime USA Records/Television/Radio/Productions and Tophat Bookings and Management Agency started out as the lead singer for the group Special Request signing with Black Diamond Records (BDR) and releasing his 2nd single “April Fool “ found moderate success but left BDR to start his own label.

With the release of the first cd on Prime USA Records entitled “ Pour The Wine “ Special Request signed a deal with Imaginites out of Australia, then released the 2nd cd entitled “ I Know A secret “ signed with Attack Records and Deevel, landing movie deals and commercials.

Special Request released their 3rd cd and signed with Full Records and released their 3rd and 4th cd’s entitled “ Tease and Heavenly Eyes “ but while with Full Records and Stephen Wrench, Prime USA Records signs a deals with Blue Pie and Straw House Entertainment/Sony Red.

Prime USA Records is now one of the top labels in the Bay Area with top distribution for its artists, offering the best deals for its artists and providing a family atmosphere for all of its Artists.

Being an artist himself, Reynard ensures that all of the artists signed to Prime USA Records are educated and filled with the knowledge of the music business as he says it is called “ The Music Business “ so know your music but most of all, know the business of music.
