He played for a while, until he became active in basketball, which he played in high school and college. Although he wasn't focusing on his craft, he continuously was listening to classic rock, thanks to his brother. After college, he started picking up his guitar more often and joined the band Beaner and the Thunder Chickens. He played with them for about a year, until they broke up. It was then, he realized his love for singing and playing guitar, so he started playing with the band No Romance. They played at various venues across West Virginia and were together for about eight years. In 2013, Stephen his brother (Mike Felton) decided to put a band together and from this The Guilty Pleasure Band was born.

Mike Felton was born in Tifton, GA, in 1973. He moved to Rowlesburg, WV and graduated from Central Preston High School in 1991. He started playing music at the early age of 13 and was in a band called Night Machine with his older brother Stephen. After Night Machine, he played with a local band called The Virgins, but decided he enjoyed performing with family, so he and Stephen formed No Romance. He stayed with No Romance for about seven years, until he met his wife Valerie. He stopped playing music to focus on his family. He has three children, Kaci, Matthew, and Shane. As they grew older, Mike decided he wanted to get back into the music scene with his brother, Stephen, and Guilty Pleasure Band was formed.

Zachary Kyle Miller was introduced into this world in 1990. Born into a large musically inclined family, Zach was surrounded by many different types of music and genres. At a young age, he learned the basics on many different intstruments such as guitar, bass, drums, and piano. Heavily influenced by his fathers band "Outlook" (a popular band in the mid-late 90s around the Monongalia and Preston County area) his desire to play guitar grew. Only having one music class in the 8th grade, he did not fully learn to read music and played mostly by ear. Impressively, he was able to quickly imitate, on guitar, the music he heard. It wasn't until his junior year his lead guitar playing really took off. Busy with sports, he didnt have much time, but played enought to keep his fretboard skills in tact. After graduating from University high in 2009, he started a band with his father, cutting his teeth with The Rockin' Rednecks. Through a fellow musician, he was introduced to the Felton brothers and instantly fell into place, becoming one of the founding members of The Guilty Pleasure Band.

During her freshman year, she decided she wanted to learn to play guitar. Her and her older sister began practicing together regularly. It was then, that they began to open for their parents band (Stiff Kitty). In 2013 she started entering competitions at various fairs and other organizations, usually taking home 1st prize. In late 2015, she decided to find some local musicians to get together with and stumbled upon The Guilty Pleasure Band. She auditioned and has been a permanent member since November 2015.
