Biography

Nick Britt has been writing and performing hard hitting, truthful lyrics accompanied by his acoustic guitar for the past ten years. Nick's prolific songwriting combined with open tunings and melodic hooks has made him a "must see." Looking to further his music and add in a full band he relocated from New Mexico to Nashville, TN.

Once in Nashville things were in motion that would have long time friends and band mates Micah Mundy and Troy Woodward reuniting in Nashville. Mundy & Woodward had started playing together in high school and had separated to play and tour with their own respective bands. Immediately the chemistry was there between the three piece bringing the energy and passion present in Nick's music to an electrified live performance and sound.

Under the name Black Market Research, they added Joseph Michael Fisher for his versatile and charismatic guitar presence and finished the EP with their single, "Insult to Injury." Stay tuned to this band as they rock their way into the hearts and minds of fans everywhere!
